Diagnostic for the Studio timeline viewport gate failing since #4306 merged (release PR #4326 hit 4/5 slow runs). Harness dumps raw per-sample intervals, long-task attribution (which frame the long task came from), iframe navigations, runtime.js requests and all-frame console. This variant also removes the two initVfx calls from runtime/init.ts as the contrast arm. Never to merge.
